Shipping
Most of our products are only available domestically in Australia, but we are slowly expanding to new regions.
You can change the currency in the top right hand corner on our website to see which products are available in your region.
If a product is not available in your region, please contact us and we can help you find a solution.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping
Orders under $100 will be shipped via Standard Shipping with Tracking at a flat rate of $12.65 You can upgrade to Express Shipping from $16.65
All customers will be given a tracking number for their orders. Please check with your local post office if a tracking number status is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your goods.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable - incorrect details, non-response to delivery calling, failure to pick up from post office - etc. an additional shipping and handling fee of $10, plus additional fees will apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note if conditions below are met. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Conditions for Return and Exchanges:
- Must have proof of purchase
- Must be within 30 days of purchase
- Must be unworn, unused and in original condition with labels still attached
Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our office for return and exchange. Slight delays for processing may be experienced during peak season and high volumes of enquiry.
To return your items, you must lodge a return request to shop@cheekylittle.com.au
We’ll respond with a Return Authorisation Number. Please post to the following address.

Please ensure to include the order number, RA# name and address.
All returns remain the responsibility and property of the purchaser until received by Cheeky Little Shop.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed within 28 days.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund (unless damaged/ faulty). If no delivery charge was incurred by the customer due to “free shipping” a $12.69 cost of shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange
Please return your unwanted items noting the size and style you wish to exchange on the return form. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new one containing the exchange item will be processed.
We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect orders
If your purchase arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly ordered, as per the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, you have the right to either a full refund or replacement. Further information can be found on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.
